Who We Are

Vicci has successfully tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit and expert project management skills to juggle numerous opportunities while keeping all players happy. Her career encompasses more than 30 years experience in business communication assignments in a wide variety of industries for a diverse client base. She established her firm in 1987 after managing employee communication for Borg-Warner Corporation's 85,000 employees. Leading The Rodgers Group, she provides onsite communication counsel for clients and directs a senior team of communication professionals.

Before moving into corporate assignments starting with the Mead Corporation, Vicci began as a journalist in the Washington, D.C. area. She maintains ties to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), for which she has held local, regional and international leadership positions. She has served as a member of the board, chairman of the research foundation and has been honored with the IABC's coveted Chairman's Award. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards from IABC, PRSA, AHA and other organizations. An active leader in her church and community, Vicci is committed to giving back.
